The EMX NIR Gate and Garage Door Opener Retro-Reflective Photoeye is perfect for parking barriers, gates and commercial doors that open overhead. It is compact and easy to install with the included bracket and mounting hardware. This opener has flexible options from 12 volts AC/DC to 240 volts AC. The photo eye operates in a range out to 30 feet and will turn on a sidewalk light if it senses a person cutting the beam It has two LED indicators and an allowance for sensitivity adjustment.
